This role involves maintaining product quality, performing routine machine maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate blow molding machines and related equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct visual and physical inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and report mechanical issues or material defects to supervisors or maintenance personnel.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in machine changeovers and mold setups as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Package and label finished products according to specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete production and quality documentation accurately and timely.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all company safety policies and procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience in plastic manufacturing or blow molding operations is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic math and measurement skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime, if required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to work in a noisy, warm, and sometimes dusty environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manufacturing facility with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations.</p> </li><li> <p>Fast-paced production environment with strict deadlines and performance expectations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Garden Grove CA 3163</p>
