<p>Job#: 3028598</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Business Readiness PM/BA</p> <p>Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This is a hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst and QA/UAT role with an approximate 50/50 split of responsibilities. The position involves working on major projects that reimagine business processes by eliminating complex manual workflows. The role requires extensive collaboration with multiple business units, making strong communication and teamwork essential for success.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Gather, track, and coordinate project requirements. </li><li>Validate feature-level functionality against user stories. </li><li>Work with platforms such as Salesforce CPQ and Pega, understanding their rules engines and configuration logic. </li><li>Design, plan, and execute system and operational readiness testing for enterprise products. </li><li>Confirm project impacts on systems and processes and document test approaches. </li><li>Lead the execution of system integration and operational readiness testing. </li><li>Report on issues, defects, and statuses, partnering with project managers to drive critical issues to resolution. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert to fellow team members. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Telecom/Cable industry, with a combination of operations, development, and project or product management roles. A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash workflow is required, including sales, fulfillment, design, provisioning, installation, and billing.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of enterprise-level BSS and OSS solutions, workflows, and platforms. Must possess project management skills for tracking details and have experience with testing processes and tools. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is also required.</p> <p>Soft Skills: The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to learning systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary, as the position involves extensive teamwork.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Salesforce or Pega platforms. </li><li>Experience with CPQ, preferably Salesforce CPQ, and the ability to handle customized systems. </li><li>A background in training or facilitation is considered a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position is part of a highly collaborative Business Readiness Testing team composed of senior-level resources. The team is responsible for validating internal operations solutions for enterprise products. Projects are focused on transforming business operations by improving processes and making them more efficient for end users.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>For this position, the anticipated compensation rate is $55.00/hr to $70.00/hr. Please note that this is a contract role and as such, is not eligible for all of the benefits that a direct-hire employee would receive. However, we do offer a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection. We offer an ESPP (employee stock purchase program) and a 401K program which allows you to contribute typically within 30 days of starting, with a company match after 12 months of tenure.
