<p>Job Description:</p> <p>NOW HIRING: Center Director (Director of Special Education/ABA)</p> <p>Location: ABS Therapeutic Education Centers (8425 Mexico Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376)</p> <p>Start Date: July 2025</p> <p>Full-Time | Leadership Position</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>Applied Behavior Services (ABS) is a leading provider of therapeutic educational services for students with autism and related developmental disabilities. Our mission is to foster meaningful progress for every student through individualized, evidence-based instruction, and compassionate support. Applied Behavior Services has two DESE approved private school campuses providing education services to students through the IEP process.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Director to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the certified staff (Special Education Teachers and BCBAs) and ensuring high-quality instruction and compliance at our North Therapeutic Education Campus. The Center Director will also collaborate with school district partners and support the daily operations of the center in conjunction with the Assistant Director.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support certified staff and RBTs </li><li>Ensure compliance with IEP processes and DESE guidelines </li><li>Monitor student outcomes and program quality </li><li>Serve as liaison with school district representatives </li><li>Oversee center operations including staff training, budget, crisis intervention, transportation coordination, and safety compliance </li><li>Lead staff meetings, trainings, and performance reviews </li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, onboarding, and conflict resolution </li><li>Implement and evaluate curriculum and behavior support strategies </li><li>Uphold ethical, legal, and clinical standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Special Education, Education Administration, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field </li><li>Missouri DESE Educator's Certificate (K-12 Special Ed) or BCBA certification with Missouri Licensure </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in special education or ABA settings </li><li>Previous leadership/administrative experience strongly preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of DESE special education guidelines and best practices </li><li>Strong knowledge of ABA in education settings </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills </li><li>Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Why Join ABS?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborative and supportive team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive salary and benefits package</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families</p> </li><li> <p>Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>For Full Job Description, go to https://www.helpwithbehavior.com/now-hiring.html</p> <p>To Apply:</p> <p>Submit your resume and application to Lisa Gilbertsen at lisa@helpwithbehavior.com.We are excited to hear how you can contribute to the ABS team!</p> <p>You are navigating off of REAP site to the district's posting.</p> <p>OK</p>
