This is a NEW position for the 2025-2026 and will have a manageable caseload with TOR, paraprofessional, and outside service provider support.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A Speech-Language Pathologist must hold a valid license from the Indiana Department of Education, Division of Professional Standards, and the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required. </li><li>Licensing Area(s) include, but are not limited to, Speech Pathologist, Speech and Hearing Therapist, Speech Language and Hearing Clinician, or Communication Disorders </li></ul> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Provide speech and language services through individual or group instruction and/or consultation with parents and teachers to meet the goals and objectives outlined in the Individualized Education Plan for each student. </li><li>Evaluate and provide assessment of articulation, fluency, voice, language disorders and communication deficits to determine the student's eligibility for speech/language services. </li><li>Attend case conference committee meetings and annual case review meetings to provide individual student information on progress and recommend goals and objectives as appropriate. </li><li>Implement speech, language and hearing services through group instruction and/or consultation to meet IEP goals and objectives for each student. </li><li>Consult with teachers and other school personnel to recommend classroom instructional activities for speech, language and hearing methods to meet the IEP goals and objectives for each student. </li><li>Cooperate and assist with hearing screening tests for all students as set out in Indiana statute. </li><li>Cooperate with outside agencies and specialists to coordinate appropriate services for students with speech, language and hearing needs which require other therapeutic and/or treatment services. </li><li>Maintain communication with stakeholders. </li><li>Competitive salary schedule starting at $50,000 based upon years of experience (in education, military, or relevant work history) and education level. </li><li>EAP </li><li>Health Insurance - ICHRA </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>$40k employer paid life insurance </li><li>TRF and/or 403B with employer match </li><li>PTO and access to sick bank </li><li>Optional ancillary coverage and additional life insurance through Guardian </li></ul>
