TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p> <ul> <li>Level II Trauma Center </li><li>Primary Stroke Center </li><li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li><li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li><li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li></ul> <p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.</p> <p>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</p> <p>Manager of Finance & Provider Compensation</p> <p>(Medical Group / Ambulatory Services)</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Manager of Finance & Provider Compensation supports financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compensation administration for a multi-site medical group. This role is hands-on and analytical, well-suited for a finance professional with strong fundamentals who is interested in applying those skills within a healthcare environment.</p> <p>Prior healthcare or provider compensation experience is not required.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Financial Analysis & Reporting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare budgets, forecasts, and routine financial reports</p> </li><li> <p>Perform variance analysis and trend analysis to support operational planning</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain financial models related to staffing, productivity, and growth</p> </li><li> <p>Assist leaders and managers with financial data and interpretation</p> </li></ul> <p>Provider Compensation Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support administration and tracking of provider compensation plans</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare productivity and incentive reports</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with benchmarking and market analyses</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to routine compensation-related questions and data requests</p> </li></ul> <p>Data Management & Tools</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain financial and compensation datasets and reporting tools</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data accuracy across financial, payroll, and productivity systems</p> </li><li> <p>Support system enhancements and process improvements</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Operations, HR, and Payroll on financial and compensation-related activities</p> </li><li> <p>Document processes and contribute to standardization efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Develop deeper knowledge of provider compensation and healthcare finance over time</p> </li></ul> <p>Reports To:</p> <ul> <li>VP Operations TMH Physician Partners </li></ul> <p>Supervises:</p> <ul> <li>Finance & Physician Comp Analysts </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of finance, analytics, or accounting experience (any industry)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Excel and analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Provider compensation or healthcare experience a plus, not required</p> </li><li> <p>Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analytical thinking</p> </li><li> <p>Accuracy and follow-through</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Curiosity and learning mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Time management</p> </li><li> <p>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
