<p>For this job we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States.</p> <p>About the team & opportunity</p> <p>Ontra is currently seeking a Solutions Consultant, reporting to our Manager of Solutions Consulting, to join our growing Customer Success team.</p> <p>The role is a great opportunity for a mid-level corporate associate who's looking to pivot into legal tech. You'll serve as the go-to expert on NDAs, working with our customers to ensure their playbooks are optimized for efficient contract negotiations. You will work with customers across our suite of products but with a focus on our Contract Automation and Accord product lines, ensuring that our customers' needs are thoroughly understood and met, and ultimately, enhancing their experience and confidence in Ontra and our solutions.</p> <p>If you are passionate about working with customers to drive positive outcomes, commercially-minded with strong attention to detail, and can quickly learn new technical concepts quickly, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Onboarding and Implementation: Support our customer onboarding team by applying legal experience to provide best practices around playbook design, market positions, etc. You will be a product expert who will provide feature adoption guidance and resolve configuration challenges </li><li>Be the SME: Leveraging your legal background, you will identify common customer pain points in managing routine contract negotiations (NDAs, vendor agreements, non-reliance letters, etc.), enabling everyone on the Customer Success team to understand how our products help solve these challenges </li><li>Review and Audit: Monitor our products' AI-generated outputs and human-in-the-loop quality control team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices </li><li>Cross-collaborate: Partner closely with Legal Product Advisors and Sales Engineers on best practices and industry developments </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 4+ years of transactional legal experience (corporate, M&A, etc.) as an attorney or paralegal; JD preferred but not required </li><li>Impeccable Communication Skills: You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, having experience working with highly sophisticated clients in a customer-facing role </li><li>Quick Learner: You demonstrate a deep interest and ability to quickly learn new technical concepts relevant to our industry, and can get up-to-speed quickly with new features and products </li><li>Organized and detail-oriented: You exhibit meticulous attention to specifics while maintaining a structured and systematic approach to tasks and responsibilities </li></ul>
