<p>This is a non-benefited position working under the direction of the Strategy and Innovation Division Manager in the Department of Management Services. This position is anticipated to start in April/May 2026 and continue through April/May 2027.We are looking for a highly-motivated problem solver to join the City of Orem as a Management Intern and work hands-on with ALL departments to deliver outstanding municipal services.This is a dynamic role where you will be empowered to:Research & Innovate: Conduct research and data analysis to develop and implement creative, high-impact solutions.Lead Projects: Serve as a Project Coordinator, leading cross-departmental employee teams to drive innovation and change.Secure Resources: Assist in crucial grant writing and reporting to secure funding for city initiatives.Communicate Impact: Create professional memos, comprehensive reports, data-driven spreadsheets, and compelling presentations to communicate findings and progress.This is your opportunity to shape the effective delivery of City services and see your work impact the entire Orem community.Bachelor's degree in business/public management and/or related field preferred.
