This role helps keep the store running smoothly by maintaining an efficient and accurate backroom and sales floor.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Unload daily deliveries safely and efficiently</p> </li><li> <p>Sort, organize and stage products in the appropriate storage areas</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and organized backroom and storage area</p> </li><li> <p>Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to management</p> </li><li> <p>Rotate products following FIFO (first in, first out) practices to maintain freshness</p> </li><li> <p>Properly handle products, use equipment, and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Work in cold temperatures; lifting 8-32 pounds on average with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently</p> </li></ul>
