<p>Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour.</p> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday 2PM to 10PM</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Contributes to accident free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations. </li><li>Moves finished product for staging, packing, or shipping. </li><li>Completes daily duties in accordance with workplace organization and efficiency methodologies, such as TPM and 6S. </li><li>Gives production support in the staging of bins, skids, and raw materials Ø Assists in recycling of cardboard and other waste products. </li><li>Performs daily maintenance check on forklift at the beginning of each shift before use. </li><li>Uses safe operating procedures while operating forklift. </li><li>Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred. </li><li>Forklift Certification. </li><li>Significant experience running an extrusion line. </li><li>Meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech's Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program. </li><li>Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. </li><li>Ability to perform the physical demands of the job including: Push / Pull / Lift / Manipulate 10lbs - 100lbs. </li><li>Ability to stand for complete shift; kneeling, lifting overhead, bending climbing and crawling are often required. </li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures that can become very hot depending on the weather. </li></ul>
