<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Representative to spearhead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and generate new revenue across both companies. This role is ideal for a proactive and relationship-focused individual with experience in industrial fabrication, welding services, ASME-certified equipment, and oilfield solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, energy, mining, municipal, and industrial sectors </li><li>Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects </li><li>Schedule and attend client meetings, facility tours, and project bid walkthroughs </li><li>Strategic Outreach </li><li>Represent both companies at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions </li><li>Cultivate relationships with general contractors, engineering firms, operators, and procurement departments </li><li>Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect activity and sales progress </li><li>Proposal Development & Bid Coordination </li><li>Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to develop accurate, competitive bids and proposals </li><li>Assist with RFP/RFQ submissions, timelines, and client communications </li><li>Market Intelligence </li><li>Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust business development strategies </li><li>Provide input to leadership on geographic and sector expansion opportunities </li><li>Cross-Company Collaboration </li><li>Align business development efforts </li><li>Clearly communicate service offerings and unique value propositions of both organizations to potential clients </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management-preferably in oilfield services, fabrication, or industrial construction </li><li>Knowledge of ASME, API, process piping, and heavy fabrication markets strongly preferred </li><li>Proven ability to generate and close high-value B2B opportunities </li><li>Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills </li><li>Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Willingness to travel between Colorado and Utah as needed </li></ul> <p>Skills & Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality </li><li>Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with executives, field superintendents, and procurement teams </li><li>Technical acumen with the ability to learn and explain complex service offerings </li><li>Goal-oriented, persistent, and adaptable </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions </li><li>Travel allowance and company vehicle or mileage reimbursement </li><li>Health, dental, and retirement benefits </li><li>Opportunity for advancement and long-term growth within both organizations </li></ul>
