<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Consumer Banking, National Branch Network Division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support moderately complex administrative tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs</p> </li><li> <p>Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience within the Financial Services Industry</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with on-boarding new hires</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage logistics for offsites and/or business operations related events</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills</p> </li><li> <p>Highly proficient in drafting and proof-reading written documents utilizing proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling</p> </li><li> <p>High level of motivation, demonstrated ability to be proactive and adaptable to change; leads self and others through change</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated leadership in identifying and implementing process efficiencies and sharing best practices with others in order to improve the overall effectiveness of the team</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent technical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This role will report into the office 5 days a week</p> </li><li> <p>Relocation assistance is not available for this position</p> </li><li> <p>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship</p> </li></ul> <p>Posting Location:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4905 W Tilghman St Suite 110, Allentown, PA 18104</p> </li><li> <p>1 Meridian Blvd Suite 3B01, Wyomissing, PA 19610</p> </li><li> <p>2240 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462</p> </li></ul> <p>@RWF22</p> <p>Posting End Date:</p> <p>5 Apr 2026</p> <ul> <li>Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants. </li></ul> <p>We Value Equal Opportunity</p> <p>Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
