Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer. This Technician may come into the company as a Master, Maintenance Tech or Lube Tech, depending on experience</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Examines customer vehicles </li><li>Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance </li><li>Estimates cost of repairs </li><li>Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance </li><li>Documents services performed </li><li>Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines </li><li>Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines </li><li>Great working demeaner with co-workers </li><li>Maintains CSI at or above Company standards </li><li>Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area </li><li>Participates in required training </li><li>Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system </li><li>Follows Safeguards rules and regulations </li><li>Demonstrates "Caring Drives Us" the Company Core Values </li><li>Complies with Company policies and procedures </li><li>Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Provide a clean and valid California license </li><li>Have the highest level of workmanship </li><li>Must be reliable and punctual </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. </li><li>Pass a drug test </li><li>Pass a background check </li></ul> <p>For hourly positions, Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $25.00 - $30.00.</p> <p>For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $31.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit</p>
