<p>Job Title: Inside Sales Representative</p> <p>Reports To: Inside Sales Manager</p> <p>Location: Columbia, MD</p> <p>Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting goals and objectives by covering all sales functions in an assigned territory: forecasts, solicits and secures orders from potential and existing customers.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Call on existing accounts and new prospects in respective territory to sell Ambu products. </li><li>Establish a strong, trust-based working relationship with Medical Executives. </li><li>Create new opportunities in Strategic product accounts. </li><li>Manage front end stages of the sales cycle: pipeline management, forecasting, and prospecting. </li><li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customers, prospects and decision makers. </li><li>Ability to develop strong business acumen with understanding of products and processes. </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organization. </li><li>Drive demand through focused telephone campaigns, email, e-blast, and other activities. </li><li>Maintain up to date records in CRM software program including status of opportunities, business won and business lost. Sets tasks for easy follow up/through and enter data according to company standards. </li><li>Perform all directly related duties in the assigned sales territory. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication required to effectively correspond with clients, stakeholders and senior management. </li><li>Strong executive presence. </li><li>Attention to detail to include ability to provide monthly activity report outlining sales plans, key insight, goals and action planning to remain for assigned region </li><li>Must attend department and company meetings that might occur outside the home office when required, including but not limited to, trade shows, National Sales and training meetings. </li><li>Ability to collaborate well and formulate a strategic plan to meet sales goals wih outside sales team for the assigned region. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of previous inside or sales experience </li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Min. High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs, CRM </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
