Here, there's no limit to what you can achieve.</p> <p>Newsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America's Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies</p> <p>Certified as a Great Place to Work</p> <p>Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance</p> <p>Risk Operations & Compliance Analyst</p> <p>PRIMARY PURPOSE: Assist and support the company's global risk management team, primarily in the areas of compliance, corporate security, health & safety, and business continuity.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Gather and maintain internal data and reporting related to safety, security, and business continuity </li><li>Partner with multiple internal departments to gather information needed for department SOC, ISO, and other compliance responsibilities </li><li>Support development and maintenance of internal stewardship reporting </li><li>Coordinate projects that improve the department's reporting on metrics and KPIs </li><li>Assist with invoice processing and other routine administrative items </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education & Licensing</p> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>1-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in areas including compliance, corporate security, audit, finance, safety, or risk management preferred.</p> <p>Skills & Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to build from scratch </li><li>Strong PC literacy, especially Excel </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Analytical skills, especially related to problem solving and developing KPIs and metrics from data points </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Literacy with Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools preferred </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.</p> <p>Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines</p> <p>Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required</p> <p>Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking</p> <p>The statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
