Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, and tea, to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested.</p> <p>Describes product details to customers.</p> <p>Receives and processes customer payments.</p> <p>Serves prepared foods and baked goods including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels.</p> <p>Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items.</p> <p>Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.</p> <p>Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.</p> <p>Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures in that equipment.</p> <p>Stocks supplies or retail products; may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.</p> <p>Perform various other duties as assigned</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Minimum of High School education?preferred</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Team player</p> <p>Ability to multi-task</p> <p>Ability to communicate effectively verbally</p> <p>Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members</p> <p>Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.</p> <p>Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds</p> <p>Ability to work flexible hours and shifts</p> <ul> <li>The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
