Visit us at accenture.com.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Research and resolve all issues related to existing ads policy review workflow.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret and enforce policies on content or jobs on the platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates for content or jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively and concisely with internal partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates including but not limited to policies and technical issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences as established by the Netflix Ads Policy Team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma is a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge in some tools like tik tok.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing or Business.</p> </li><li> <p>More than 6 months of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, account management, or campaign management.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of media platforms and the technologies that support it.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with internet policy and content policy review environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and spoken communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through with assigned tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.</p> </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li> <p>Health and Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Accenture days, 3 additional vacation days</p> </li><li> <p>On site doctor</p> </li><li> <p>Birthday leave</p> </li><li> <p>Internet reimbursement</p> </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
