<p>Overview</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Sr. Finance Manager</p> <p>JOB LOCATION: Orem, Utah</p> <p>FUNCTION: Sr. Finance Manager partners with business operations to provide financial insight through actionable business analytics, business planning, and fact-based recommendations that will assist the company to achieve its strategic goals and priorities.</p> <p>KEY ACTIVITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values;</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate, review, consolidate, and complete the planning process including long-range plans, annual operating budgets, forecasts, risks, and opportunities for business partners;</p> </li><li> <p>Perform actual results variance analysis vs. budget and forecasts;</p> </li><li> <p>Work with business partners to establish Standard Costs for budgeting and management of P&Ls to help drive financial accountability and insight;</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee analysis and post-audit tracking of strategic initiatives, including development of supporting discounted cash flow models and expected outcomes;</p> </li><li> <p>Manage, mentor, and oversee the work of other financial analysts and finance managers;</p> </li><li> <p>Identify areas for margin expansion, including the performance of fixed/variable contribution margin analysis, and utilization of equipment, labor, etc.;</p> </li><li> <p>Lead financial reviews with location, area, and executive level management and assist in interpreting financial results:</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with finance team as well as cross-functionally with various business units;</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to CCI Corporate headquarters as required for trainings, business meetings and interaction with leadership;</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and train Financial Analysts and Finance Managers to create optimization of processes, procedures, and documentation for continuity and best practices;</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as required</p> </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High moral and ethical standards;</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and practices, and financial forecasting;</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience using business models, budget comparisons, and forecasting;</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicate financial information verbally and in writing;</p> </li><li> <p>Able to collaborate with other team members and senior executives;</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial modeling skills, especially in Microsoft Excel;</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience leading a team</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field;</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in related field or MBA preferred;</p> </li><li> <p>CPA preferred</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years of progressive experience in finance related field</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sedentary work, occasionally requiring moving up to 10lbs;</p> </li><li> <p>Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment;</p> </li><li> <p>Inside, climate-controlled working conditions;</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally requires longer hours during high deliverable periods</p> </li></ul>
