The Finance & Accounting Recruiter will be provided a target list of new sales prospects, regularly interview industry professionals, match professionals to open roles, and service existing Atrium clientele. The Finance & Accounting Recruiter is expected to leverage existing candidate and contact base, network, and prospect for new opportunities while providing a white-glove service along the way. The ideal candidate will be competitive, goal-motivated, and self-disciplined. The ideal candidate will be skilled at overcoming objections and demonstrating resilience in the face of unexpected challenges.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting Recruiter:</p> <ul> <li>The Finance & Accounting Recruiter will build a portfolio of leads by cold calling, networking, and conducting consultative meetings with potential client HR Leaders, C-Level Executives, and Procurement to identify staffing needs that align with Atrium's offering. </li><li>Develop, implement, and manage sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed client requirements. </li><li>Convert leads to opportunities and work to bring in new clients while managing existing accounts. </li><li>Speak with clients to take detailed and thorough job orders. </li><li>Document and track sales leads and opportunities through the internal client management system. </li><li>Develop your relationship as thoroughly as possible to keep the relationship strong by conducting onsite client visits, lunches/dinners, and/or other approved client gifts/activities. </li><li>The Finance & Accounting Recruiter is responsible for high-volume full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, conducting in-person behavioral-based interviews, and completing reference checks. </li><li>Actively source talent by managing job postings, utilizing job boards, attending networking events, maintaining social media platforms, and cultivating a strong referral base. </li><li>Negotiate salary rates with the client and candidates, respectively. </li><li>Be an expert in the staffing industry and the local market by staying up to date on all industry trends and developments. </li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders and other Finance & Accounting Recruiters to ensure Atrium is achieving expectations for talent solutions. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Finance & Accounting Recruiter:</p> <ul> <li>Proven history of achieving sales quota and KPI metrics. </li><li>Experience in developing sales strategies, in addition to service and pricing proposals on a case-by-case basis. </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented work environments. </li><li>Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments. </li><li>Travel may be required based on market opportunity - requiring reliable transportation. </li><li>Self-motivated and self-disciplined. </li><li>Creative problem-solver. </li><li>Customer service-oriented. </li><li>Must be comfortable with decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Finance & Accounting Recruiter:</p> <ul> <li>1 - 5+ years of professional experience in a recruiting or sales environment is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or relevant corporate work experience (professional services, finance, administration, etc.) is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (PTO, Health benefits, Health savings account, Flexible spending accounts, Pet insurance, Paid holidays, 401k, and Commuter benefits program). </li></ul>
