<p>Description</p> <p>As a member of the Revenue Cycle Innovations team, the Technical Analyst assists with technically advanced support of our customers' software. The goal of this position is to allow for quicker turnaround on some of the more technically complex issues and reduce the volume of work sent to programming. You will play a vital role in driving innovation through various projects involving SQL, Tableau reporting, revenue cycle coding, KPI data analysis, and artificial intelligence initiatives.</p> <p>As a member of our Client Services team, your job would involve:</p> <ul> <li>Debugging code and troubleshooting issues from a technical perspective before sending to programming. Requires understanding and ability to navigate Front End (NPR) and Object Viewer (M-AT) </li><li>Providing additional technical details in issues sent to programming for review </li><li>Educating specialist staff in areas where they can become more technical and be primary contact for group in these areas </li><li>Possessing extensive knowledge about inhouse Rings, background jobs, connections, and common questions/issues </li><li>Working with programming to provide suggested code in predetermined areas </li><li>Assisting with delivery of standard interfaces </li><li>Assisting with code management </li><li>Developing automation of processes to improve overall turnaround time on issues </li><li>Assisting programming with application related MIS alerts/errors </li><li>Participating in Revenue Cycle Committee meetings and contributing to the Revenue Cycle Summit </li><li>Assisting with complex case resolution. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience </li><li>Demonstrating very strong technical skills </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; skilled in exercising good initiative, judgement, and decision making </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with audiences of varying size, and the ability to tailor communication to target audience </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to foster strong, positive relationships </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Attending programmer's training classes and shadow sessions with programming. </li></ul> <p>Hiring salary range: $60,000- $72,000 per year.</p> <p>Actual salary will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p> <p>MEDITECH offers competitive employee benefits including but not limited to health, dental, & vision insurance; profit sharing trust and 401(k); tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, sick days, personal time, and paid holidays.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.</p> <p>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
