This role helps shape how CVS Pharmacy works with health plans to improve medication adherence. The Manager, Health Plan Adherence Solutions (Strategy and Innovation) plays a key role in deciding where CVS should invest time and resources to improve adherence outcomes over the short and long term.This role blends strategy, analysis, and execution. You will identify new ideas, assess opportunities, build business cases, and support decisions that guide future investment. You will lead workstreams, partner with internal teams, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and influence strategy for health plan medication adherence solutionsIdentify and evaluate new ideas to improve medication adherenceAssess and size new opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insightsBuild business cases and recommendations to support investment decisionsLead individual workstreams and manage projects from idea through executionPartner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive resultsSupport development of multi-year strategic roadmapsPrepare clear insights, presentations, and updates for senior leadershipTrack progress and communicate outcomes, risks, and learningsTravel occasionally based on business needsRequired Qualifications3 or more years of professional experience in a retail, corporate, or similar environment3 or more years of experience leading or influencing cross-functional projectsExperience influencing decisions without direct authorityExperience evaluating contracts or business agreements and providing recommendationsExperience building business cases and making assumptions with limited dataStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet staggered deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently with minimal directionProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience using data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar Preferred Qualifications6 or more years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or corporate rolesExperience leading complex initiatives across multiple teamsKnowledge of health services or retail pharmacy operationsExperience designing or improving medication adherence programsExperience creating playbooks, roadmaps, or risk mitigation strategiesExperience with change management approachesExperience conducting market research or exploratory analysisExperience developing standardized measurement and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced degree such as MBA or MPHEducationBachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
