Working with HRIT, Human Resources, and GDI employees on a regular basis. Providing outstanding customer service, the ideal candidate will be a technical-minded, process-orientated employee with a passion for technology and automation. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a quick learner, a team player, and personable. The role will assist a team of Analysts in supporting and maintaining UKG systems and related business processes. The UKG Application & Hardware Support I is a critical role that will deliver and support integrated HR systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting the company's HR technology, including system maintenance, upgrades, projects, UAT, TST, Devices and process improvements.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain Hardware Inventory Log </li><li>Keep UKG Clocks Firmware Updated </li><li>Subcontractor SME </li><li>WFM Budget SME </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve various technical/hardware issues with end users. </li><li>Resolve problems and provide solutions while documenting results in the ticketing system. </li><li>Maintenance of content in the support knowledgebase. </li><li>Use technical documentation and vendor libraries to resolve issues independently. </li><li>Develop subject matter expertise related to product functionality and workflows. </li><li>Other projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $60,000 per year</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Friday Prefer candidates be located in the Upstate of South Carolina but will consider remote</p> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Promotion opportunities </li><li>Medical, dental, vision coverage </li><li>Paid vacation </li><li>Holidays </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Employee Discount Program </li></ul> <p>Required knowledge or experience with</p> <ul> <li>UKG PRO Core </li><li>UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) or Kronos </li><li>Peripheral devices such as iPads, Timeclocks, or FOB-based systems </li><li>Online Ticketing Systems </li><li>BILINGUAL (ENGLISH, FRENCH and/or SPANISH) </li><li>Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years' experience in an application support role. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. </li><li>Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to learn multiple software programs and databases. </li><li>Great communication skills & ability to work well independently as well as with others. </li><li>Motivated and self-disciplined. </li><li>Criminal background check will be required. </li><li>Available to be on-call on the weekend on a rotating basis with the team. </li></ul> <p>#IHSC</p>
