This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and accountability. You'll ensure every kiosk meets company quality standards before leaving the facility.</p> <p>You will also assist with unboxing incoming kiosks, preparing completed units for shipment, and updating Jira tickets to reflect completed work and kiosk status.</p> <p>This role is Full-Time Temporary with an assignment of 3+ months, with the possibility of extension.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Remove damaged decals and prepare kiosk surfaces for rewrapping.</p> </li><li> <p>Thoroughly clean kiosks inside and out using approved materials and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Use basic hand tools to remove or replace hardware components as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Update Jira tickets accurately to document all work performed.</p> </li><li> <p>Unbox incoming kiosks and perform visual inspections upon arrival.</p> </li><li> <p>Package and prepare kiosks for shipment, ensuring all required components are included.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.</p> </li></ul> <p>How We Know You Can Do It</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills) for light hardware removal and installation.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills, including the ability to update task tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work efficiently in a production or warehouse environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with refurbishment, lab, and shipping teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to maintaining safety standards and using PPE as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in manufacturing, refurbishment, or warehouse operations preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul>
