<p>The Manager of Data Analytics is responsible for preparing and analyzing the organization's data to support informed decision-making and regulatory readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this position partners across the organization to translate complex data into clear, usable reports and dashboards that support continuous improvement.</p> <p>This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to develop clear and meaningful reporting tools.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and actionable recommendations across different operational systems. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop clear, cohesive, and meaningful reports and dashboards that support executive decision-making. </li><li>Experience working with healthcare data, including operational, financial, clinical, quality or compliance related information </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation and report automation </li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving expectations. </li><li>Strong organization skills with consistent follow-through, attention to detail and accountability </li><li>Collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as, Healthcare administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Health Information Management or related discipline. </li><li>3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, operations, finance, compliance, or quality. </li><li>Experience in a Federally Qualified Heal Center (FQHC), community health setting or mission-driven healthcare organization is preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with health care regulatory and compliance environments. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar platform. </li></ul> <p>This position has been deemed a" Safety-Sensitive" position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate an employee in a "Safety-Sensitive Position" who tests positive for medical marijuana even if he/she has a valid medical marijuana license.</p> <p>Morton offers:</p> <p>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance</p> <p>Paid Life and AD&D</p> <p>Voluntary Life and AD&D</p> <p>Paid Long Term Disability</p> <p>Paid Parental Leave</p> <p>Generous PTO</p> <p>10 Paid Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday</p> <p>403B with 4% company match</p> <p>Additional supplemental Insurance plans</p>
