If you have a passion for hospitality and sales, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>A Reservations Specialist is responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries from customers (no cold calling) and assisting them with booking accommodations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple reservations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
