This role will work closely with senior leaders to drive performance across areas such as TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved offers, as well as new growth initiatives.</p> <p>Reporting to a Director, this role focuses on translating strategy into execution-driving day-to-day delivery, analyzing performance, and?identifying?opportunities to improve results. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Execute?high-impact initiatives?across core Personal Loans programs (e.g., TopUp, Refi, Pre-Approved/Prescreen) and related growth efforts </li><li>Support the development and execution of?new offer features and program enhancements?(e.g., pricing, fees, eligibility, customer experience) </li><li>Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance as the business lead?in order to?deliver against defined goals </li><li>Analyze performance and?identify?opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and overall program effectiveness?-?surface insights and recommendations to stakeholders </li><li>Design and run?experiments?(test ? learn ? iterate) to test hypotheses and?optimize?outcomes </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related field, with a?solid understanding of?unsecured lending unit economics </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data?and experimentation?to inform decisions </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Strong communication?skills, with the ability to?clearly?and concisely?convey insights and recommendations </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through </li><li>Bachelor's degree?required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus </li><li>Proficiency?in SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus </li></ul> <p>Work Location</p> <p>San Francisco</p> <p>The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role's team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role's success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.</p> <p>Time Zone Requirements</p> <p>Primarily PT</p> <p>While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.</p> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The target base salary range for this position is 135,000-159,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub's Total Rewards package.
