<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards, the Sr Global Compensation Director is responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with the total rewards strategy and ensure integration with Acosta's people and business strategies. Provide functional expertise and creative compensation solutions, flexible pay strategies, labor market intelligence and analytics for informed decision making in attracting and retaining talent. Administer and communicate the programs in such a way as to improve company performance and profitability. Drive continuous improvement to develop highly efficient compensation processes.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, develop and manage broad based and variable pay programs that support total rewards strategy and ensures integration with Acosta's people and business strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the design and implementation of new incentive programs for selected groups to support company growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistent application of Acosta's pay philosophy, align market cost competitiveness, and drive the pay for performance culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and administer innovative and effective rewards and recognition programs that create longer-lasting impact to culture, productivity and retention.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Acosta communications team to create, implement and maintain ongoing effective communication program for continued education of associates regarding the compensation plans. Design and implement total rewards statement.</p> </li><li> <p>Create dashboards, metrics and analytics related to promotions, increases, equity, incentives, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that ongoing audits are conducted and that all associates are in compliance with salary administration, incentive and performance evaluation guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner and collaborate with the HR and business leaders to educate them about Acosta's compensation philosophy, structure, programs and tools to empower their success in managing and rewarding their teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, develop and motivate a team of compensation professionals' staff to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the people and business strategies and manage compensation programs for their assigned client groups or functional role. Coach team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage statutory and internal compensation reporting, ensuring compliance and equity; provide management with decision making reports/tools in terms of employee selection, labor costs, and business strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in M&A and other total rewards projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's in business/HR</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor of Science Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in compensation management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Experience in executive compensation programs and equity administration preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skill and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and motivation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have advanced expertise in spreadsheet software and be comfortable in Word use.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to use HRIS and be familiar with HR systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to understand and master detail and present summary principles in recommendation form to senior management.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in compensation software and tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices within public and private companies.
