We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together are changing the way the world communicates.</p> <p>Requisition ID: 75421</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Principal RF Engineer</p> <p>Seeking a highly technical, motivated, and experienced Engineer for RF component development and design and RF circuit design support, specifically with expertise in component, circuit and system design for Receivers and Transmitters in High Reliability Aerospace and Defense applications.</p> <p>Note: US Citizen or Green Card Holder only</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for planning, product development, analysis, simulation, characterization, verification, documentation, support, and release to production of RF component devices and front-end modules for wireless Defense and Space applications. </li><li>Contribute to defining and prioritizing our product roadmap and resulting engineering by interfacing with customers as well as business development, sales channels, and marketing. </li><li>Assess product lines for technical capability to utilize in high-reliability markets, defining specifications, bench testing and characterization, packaging review, validation and verification, product optimization, and product release with support for production and manufacturing. </li><li>Able to schedule, manage and execute a project to meet deadlines and communicate program and technical goals to management and customers. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience and Skills</p> <ul> <li>BSEE required with 10+ years of experience in RF product development and design </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills </li><li>Excellent organization and supervisory skills </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience and Skills</p> <ul> <li>A passion to win/contribute </li><li>Ability to work and thrive in a team environment </li><li>High-Reliability product engineering experience and knowledge of MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535 desirable </li></ul> <p>#LI-SJ1</p> <p>The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $126,500 - $241,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.</p>
