<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the cross-functional project team to hit project goals </li><li>Lead the team to identify issues and resolutions </li><li>Accomplish business objectives </li><li>Manage the project timeline and dependencies between projects </li><li>Support Integrated Supply Chain sites </li><li>Manage the product qualification process in cooperation with Advance Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement Teams </li><li>Identify risks, issues and dependencies </li><li>Partner with other Projects Leaders and all functions at the manufacturing site </li><li>Drive customer facing sessions to discuss progress of the projects </li><li>Report progress to the Executive Leadership </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in projects related to manufacturing environment </li><li>5+ years of global company working experience </li><li>English communication skills advanced </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, other) </li><li>Supply Chain experience </li><li>PM tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, CORA, other) knowledge and experience </li><li>Transition and/or transformation background </li><li>Professional in Microsoft Office </li><li>Experience of managing multiple projects </li><li>Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others </li></ul>
