<p>Location: Irvine, CA (100% onsite)</p> <p>Hourly pay rate range: $35-$40, depending on experience</p> <p>Business Systems Analyst (with Project Management Experience)</p> <p>We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who brings both strong analytical skills and project management experience to support system enhancements, new feature development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is 50% technical and 50% project management, ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Gather and document detailed business requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and lead project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct impact analysis and provide customer flow and UI/UX recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Create user journey flows and mockups using Figma</p> </li><li> <p>Develop user acceptance test plans, facilitate UAT, and provide support, including hands-on testing (may involve driving Kia test vehicles)</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain reports to support data-driven decision making</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare presentations and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in systems design, business analysis, and testing</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of hands-on project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (especially Teams for global coordination)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and international partners</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required-experience and capability are what matter most </li></ul> <p>The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
