<p>The EEG Team Lead Tech is responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Assists the technical director in overseeing the technical staff and day to day operations of the EEG/LTM Laboratory and its' satellites. </li><li>Checks/corrects errors by technical staff, and tracks workflows looking for improvements. </li><li>Participates in continuous improvement efforts for the center. </li><li>Tracks report turn around time and Billing processes for the center. </li><li>Trains new employees and cross trains technical staff. </li><li>Acts as an educational coordinator for the Hospital's Electroneurodiagnostic END Technology Program. </li><li>Assists with editing Electroneurodiagnostic procedures. </li><li>Performs END procedures including intraoperative monitoring when required and rotates through the on call work schedule. </li><li>Maintains daily technical schedule for patient monitoring. </li><li>Provides monthly technical stats to technical director. </li><li>Maintains Laboratory equipment in working order and arrange for equipment repairs and services as needed. </li><li>Maintains Lab equipment inventory and supplies. </li><li>Makes recommendation and suggestions on capital equipment needs for budgeting purposes to Technical Director. </li><li>Completes all assigned administrative duties promptly and accurately. </li><li>Participates in scientific courses and meetings on local, regional and national basis related to the field of Electroneurodiagnostics providing input to the development of procedures and protocols of the Laboratory. </li></ul> <p>The EEG Tech Lead must have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree required </li><li>4 years of EEG experience </li><li>CPR cert required </li><li>Successful completion of national board examinations associated with practice administrated by the American Board of Registered EEG/EP Technologists ABRET or Board eligible. Registration by The American Board of Registration of EEG and EP Technologists, Inc.
