Prepare and serve food and beverage items, assist guest with miscellaneous sales; maintain cleanliness throughout the deli and on the porch; along with creating simple cocktails in the store or on the beverage cart. Must project a good attitude towards the guest and co-workers, schedule requires flexibility. Must be at least 18 years of age. Drivers Licenses a plus</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Outlet Manager</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Open and close deli following established procedures </li><li>Prepare foods </li><li>Serve food and drinks </li><li>Attend to customers' needs </li><li>Use POS system properly </li><li>Prepare daily cash report </li><li>Understand and follow golf course etiquette </li></ul> <p>PRIOR EXPERIENCE: None Required</p> <p>RESPONSIBLE FOR: Personal uniforms, keys, cash.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work steadily all day at tasks at hand. Requires standing for long periods of time and walking and lifting cases of beverages and other heavy objects. Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</p> <p>WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Schedule includes working weekends and holidays. Work takes place in Callaway's and out on the porch, by the grill, and picnic tables.</p> <p>HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Kitchen tools, machinery and equipment can be hazardous if used in an unsafe manner. Care must be taken to operate them properly at all times. The kitchen and deli environment includes hot foods, pans, liquids, and grease; and slippery, wet, or greasy walking surfaces, all of which pose a safety threat. Cleaning and sanitizing chemicals are used in the workplace, and must be handled carefully and safely to avoid injury or food contamination.
