<p>The Enterprise Systems Functional Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the Ellucian Banner system, focusing on Human Resources and Finance modules. This role involves project management, technical support, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of these systems. Additionally, the position will work with Ellucian Workflow and/or associated Workflow systems, enhancing process efficiency and user experience across the college's enterprise systems.</p> <p>Responsible for promoting and sustaining a collegial, respectful, and high-performing work environment and demonstrating LSSC's values of caring, communicating, collaborating, and celebrating.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for technical issues related to Ellucian Banner HR and Finance modules. </li><li>Provide user support, manage system configurations, and ensure timely updates. </li><li>Develop, implement, and support workflows to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for workflow optimization. </li><li>Develop and maintain SQL queries for data management and reporting purposes. Ensure data integrity and compliance with institutional standards. </li><li>Facilitate projects and requests between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution. Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve system utilization and efficiency. </li><li>Create and update internal documentation for enterprise systems and processes. Assist in the production of training materials for Ellucian Banner and Workflow. </li><li>Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new enterprise systems and integrations, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Ellucian Banner. </li><li>Strong understanding of data integration processes. </li><li>Working knowledge in SQL and database management. </li><li>Experience with stakeholder communication. </li><li>Ability to learn, write, and maintain code for process automation and system integrations. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field preferred; Experience of more than five (5) years may be considered in lieu of education. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing enterprise systems. </li><li>Evidence of working with Ellucian Banner, HR, and Finance divisions.  </li><li>Evidence of data management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Evidence of project management experience. </li></ul> <p>Educational Credentials (Foreign Degrees)</p> <p>Applicants with foreign transcripts earned outside the United States must submit an evaluation from a credentialing evaluation service recognized by a U.S.-based accrediting body (such as NACES or AICE) to verify that the education/degree meets the minimum requirements for the position.
