Be part of a company that not only values safety but prioritizes it through innovation and dedication to compliance!</p> <p>Salary: Up to $90,000 annually plus bonus</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide expert technical support and information on safety regulations throughout the plants. </li><li>Coordinate, track, and conduct required employee training sessions. </li><li>Collaborate with management to monitor compliance and identify safety risks. </li><li>Participate in new product and process reviews, offering insights into safety considerations. </li><li>Maintain the company's Safety documentation, including shared drives, records, and reference manuals. </li><li>Promote safety awareness through internal memoranda, newsletters, and training programs. </li><li>Participate in the company Safety Committee, review meeting minutes, inspection reports, and ensure follow-ups are completed. </li><li>Understand and monitor federal and state OSHA safety regulations, staying informed of regulatory changes. </li><li>Audit practices and records to ensure compliance with company programs and regulatory standards. </li><li>Monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses and workers' compensation claims; review incident investigation reports and ensure corrective/preventive actions are completed. </li><li>Direct accident investigation programs, analyze trends, and develop programs for performance improvement. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?
