<p>Description</p> <p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!</p> <p>Our clinical team is seeking a part-time, 16 hr./weekly REFERRAL AGENT at our John Street Clinic.</p> <p>Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm</p> <p>ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured and homeless.</p> <p>We currently employ over 150 dedicated team members who truly embrace the mission of serving and making a difference in the lives of others in a positive, supportive and collaborative environment.</p> <p>We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.</p> <p>NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS-13 PAID HOLIDAYS! BENEFITS DAY 1!</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Referral Agent appropriately and efficiently gathers needed information from external specialty services for established patients and internal referrals.
