The position is also crucial in facilitating overall program communication to include serving as the liaison between administration, faculty, and students. The Assistant Director will assist in clinical coordination.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Masters degree in Nursing from an institutional accredited school (either ACEN, CCNE, etc).</p> </li><li> <p>Current license in the state of which the campus location is required</p> </li><li> <p>Two years management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of five years' experience in a nursing specialty setting preferred</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of two years of teaching experience</p> </li><li> <p>Must have experience with computer technology to include Learning Management Systems for remote synchronized and online blended learning curriculum delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent oral and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and time management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Prior teaching experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Off-site travel required</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits of Employment</p> <p>ECPI University provides a comprehensive benefits program designed to help our faculty and staff stay healthy, feel supported, and maintain a work/life balance.
