<p>Location:</p> <p>4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio</p> <p>These positions are 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm</p> <p>This position is Onsite/In Office ONLY</p> <p>Office experience or lockbox experience is a plus</p> <p>There is a Numeric Data Entry Assessment and a Sorting Assessment as part of the onsite interview process. If a reasonable accommodation is needed, please see below on how to submit a request.</p> <p>JOB BRIEF:</p> <p>Under direct supervision, accelerates the receipt and processing of client remittance data, preparation and processing of checks for clearing in line with standard bank operating procedures, and prepares information for clients and service partners according to specified procedures and instructions.</p> <p>Attendance is of critical importance. This position requires a commitment of 38-40 hours per week</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Receives, sorts, prepares and processes remittances and invoice data </li><li>Opens mail and extracts paper invoices/payments; sorts and prepares batches for processing. </li><li>Follows established corporate and department policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Cross training in other functional areas is required to maintain coverage in critical department functions, e.g., mail sort, keying, reassociation, and data entry </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Requires the ability to read and follow instructions, eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and the ability to operate general office equipment </li><li>Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed </li><li>Can effectively cope with change; is cool under pressure; can handle stress; is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers </li><li>Meets production and accuracy standards within 90 days of completion of training. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Prior lockbox, item processing, or equivalent experience. </li><li>10-key skills with PC/keyboard experience. </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Works independently within scope of job function </li><li>Follows established corporate and department policies and procedures </li><li>Requires working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented production environment </li><li>Meets deadlines, demonstrates detail orientation, shows work commitment, and manages stress. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
