<p>Position Title: Child Adolescent PMHNP</p> <p>Setting: Residential Treatment, PHP/IOP</p> <p>Location: Reno, NV 85902</p> <p>Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible</p> <p>Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6-17 located in Reno, NV. We offer general and specialty treatment programs for males and females in addition to a Special Education program.</p> <p>All programs are staffed by trained clinicians in a multidisciplinary treatment care environment under the direction of the Child Psychiatrist.</p> <p>Details</p> <ul> <li>Position Title: Child Adolescent Psychiatric NP (PMHNP) </li><li>Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional weekends and evening call. </li><li>On-Site/Tele: On-site in-person presence required 4 days per week minimum. </li><li>Caseload: Average total patient panel of 30, mostly seen once per week. </li><li>Call & Weekend Coverage: Split amongst medical staff, typically 8 call shifts per month by phone only. </li><li>Preferred arrangement: Employed W-2 preferred; 1099 independent contractor arrangements will be considered. </li><li>Clinical Duties: Complete admission evaluations, regular follow-ups, lead weekly treatment team planning and meetings, and discharge duties for assigned patients. </li></ul> <p>Compensation/Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $170,000-$190,000 </li><li>Additional pay: Productivity bonus earnings potential </li><li>Malpractice insurance with tail included. </li><li>Paid-Time Off: 26 days </li><li>Retirement: Matching 401k </li><li>CME package </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance. </li><li>Negotiable Relocation, Sign-On Bonus, and Education Loan Repayment </li><li>Employee stock purchase plan </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program. </li><li>Certification: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. </li><li>Experience: 1+ years prior work experience (excluding clinical or practicum hours) working in a similar setting. </li><li>Licensure: Current Nevada physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license. </li><li>Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians. </li></ul> <p>Located in the heart of the Sierras, Reno, Nevada provides a destination where employees can live, work and play.
