<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide Back up to Senior End of Lease Analyst and End of Lease Specialist </li><li>Prepare and update Transaction Summaries </li><li>Review all End of Lease requests to ensure timely response </li><li>Prepare Proposals to Lessee's </li><li>Process and document lease renewals and amendments </li><li>Backup Contact for Investors at End of Lease </li><li>Provide Investors with details of End of Lease sales, renewals and returns </li><li>Send out monthly reporting to investors with current status of leases past maturity </li><li>Process all End of Lease activity in LeaseWave and Great Plains, including sales, renewals, and returns </li><li>Bill payoffs on the system of record as well as ensure all necessary documents are properly filed </li><li>Run monthly reports out of Leasewave and Great Plains for End of Lease team </li><li>Prepare Return Authorizations and confirm equipment is returned timely </li><li>Process third party inspection invoices, bill lessee's, send to Accounts Payable, coordinate with Cash and Accounting for repayment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications / Education</p> <ul> <li>One to two years experience in an operational/accounting/reporting role. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree - in a Business concentration or equivalent work experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Leasing documentation and/or operational experience </li><li>Strong accounting/reconciliation capabilities </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel knowledge </li><li>Technical aptitude </li><li>Highly organized, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving abilities </li><li>Proven decision making skills </li><li>Professional demeanor/positive disposition </li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients in both a verbal and written manner </li><li>Experience with reporting systems </li></ul> <p>Insight Investments, Corp is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a Veteran or other protected classification.</p> <p>Division</p> <p>Insight Material Handling</p>
