<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Automation testing experience</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Automation</p> <ul> <li>Strong hands on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit. </li><li>Experience with automation framework design - POM, Hybrid, BDD/Cucumber. </li></ul> <p>API Testing</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML. </li><li>Hands on experience with: </li></ul> <p>o Postman, Swagger</p> <p>o RestAssured, Karate, or similar API automation tools</p> <p>o Writing API test scripts and assertions</p> <p>Programming</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Java (preferred) or Python. </li></ul> <p>CI/CD & Tools</p> <ul> <li>Experience with tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven/Gradle. </li></ul> <p>Other</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps Boards). </li><li>Basic SQL for backend data validation. </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced Agile team. </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience </li><li>Onsite offshore co ordiantion </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationships </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year</p>
