Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate all vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner </li><li>Prep and check in all customer vehicles </li><li>Assist with re-delivery of customer vehicle </li><li>Check loaner car for any items that customer may leave behind </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive </li><li>Keep service drive clear of debris </li><li>Assist customers in delivering and fueling vehicles </li><li>Assist with checking in and out loaner vehicles when Concierge, is unavailable </li><li>Assist the Service team with test driving vehicles, if needed </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/equivalent preferred </li><li>Valid driver license </li><li>Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier </li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions </li></ul>
