<p>We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded Non-CDL Driver with box truck driving experience to support our healthcare routes in the Denver, CO area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.</p> <p>You'll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top-tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.</p> <p>Meet our drivers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SByA2f0XHrk</p> <p>What will your job involve?</p> <p>Driving & Route Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers </li><li>Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks </li><li>Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service </li><li>Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues </li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections </li><li>Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections </li></ul> <p>Physical & Customer-Facing Work</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required) </li><li>Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs </li><li>Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service </li></ul> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card</p> </li><li> <p>Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections</p> </li><li> <p>Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices</p> </li></ul> <p>Why work for us?</p> <ul> <li>Job stability - as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business </li><li>Opportunities for overtime </li><li>Consistent work hours -M-F position 1st Shift (5AM to 3PM) </li><li>Benefits - Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!! </li><li>Permanent position - This is a Full-time permanent role of 40+ hours per week </li><li>Competitive salary - This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $25.50 </li></ul> <p>$25.50 - $25.50 an hour</p> <p>Who are we?</p> <p>We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry.
