This role is designed with flexibility and impact in mind as you'll serve as a floating resource, stepping in to support renewals across a diverse portfolio of small-to-large organizations spanning multiple industries. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity across the team by filling gaps for Account Managers when needed, ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service and support.</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Builder and executor of plans focused on renewals across Pro's book of business </li><li>Strong communicator who can adapt to both fast-moving transactions and longer-cycle conversations </li><li>Naturally curious about the clients' work and how to support it </li><li>Goal oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and confident juggling competing priorities </li><li>Collaborative and coachable-you're looking to grow, not just deliver </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Support renewals through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, and cross-sell opportunities </li><li>Balance transactional efficiency with deeper engagement where risk or opportunity warrants </li><li>Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing to deliver an excellent customer experience </li><li>Maintain detailed client notes and pipeline updates in Salesforce </li><li>Meet and exceed individual renewal goals </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in a sales and/or account management role </li><li>A proven track record of growing accounts through renewals </li><li>Experience successfully working cross-functionally with a Customer Success team to deliver client outcomes </li><li>High business and sales acumen </li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools </li></ul> <p>We value our people.
