<p>The Role</p> <p>The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction - from preconstruction through close-out.</p> <p>What You'll Own</p> <ul> <li>Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent </li><li>Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability </li><li>Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management </li><li>CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning </li><li>Primary client and stakeholder relationships </li><li>Financial reporting and executive updates </li><li>Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams </li><li>Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5-7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field </li><li>Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control) </li><li>Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>#LI-Dj1</p>
