SEA Salary Range $51,730-111,073.</p> <p>Period of Employment: Beginning the 2025/2026 School Year</p> <p>Reports to: Building Administrator/Director of Special Services</p> <p>Position Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Providing high quality speech-language therapy services. </li><li>Conducting assessments, analyzing results, and writing reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills. </li><li>Developing treatment plans (IEPs) that are strength-based as well as child and family centered for overall educational improvement. </li><li>Ensuring evaluations, treatment plans and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines. </li><li>Assisting and guiding teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders. </li><li>Consulting with teaching teams to develop and implement curriculum accommodations, modifications and appropriate classroom strategies and data collection. </li><li>Other duties as directed by the Director of Special Services and Building Administrator. </li></ul> <p>Application Process:</p> <p>External Applicants must apply online and include a cover letter, transcripts, resume and complete list of (3) professional references.</p>
