<p>Position: Lead Generation Marketing Manager Location: Virtual within company approved locationsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: As a Lead Generation Marketing Manager at West Shore Home, you will oversee the relationships with third-party vendors who generate traffic and sales to West Shore Home including sourcing new lead partners, negotiating contracts, monitoring lead quality, and adapting campaign strategies to ensure the partners are meeting performance metrics to drive cost-effective revenue and growth. Key Role Accountabilities:</p> <p>Independently source and negotiate new lead partners for pilot campaigns of up to $100,000.00 in monthly advertising spend. Manage existing lead partner relationships from end to end, including strategy development, quality control, performance management, and campaign adjustments to meet the performance targets provided. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes of lead partners across all branches and product categories by reviewing performance KPI's, developing forecast estimates, and identifying new potential revenue opportunities. Continuously refine and manage lead generation models for forecasting, performance management and goal attainment.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>3+ years of experience in working with third-party lead generation agencies with strong analytical skills, required; experience with lead generation in the home services space, preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field. Proven ability taking ownership of critical team objectives related to lead generation, pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and ROI metrics to drive scalability and expansion. Experience managing and optimizing lead flows withing ActiveProspect (TrustedForm & LeadConduit) including setup, troubleshooting, validation, and partner integrations. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
