<p>Title: Computer Science Faculty</p> <p>Department/Location: Computer Science, Elsah IL</p> <p>Position Type: Full-time, 9-month</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Computer Science Department seeks a faculty member with expertise in both computer science and general education courses. Typically teaches 6-7 three-semester hour courses, or 18-21 semester hours per academic year. Additional duties include ongoing professional development, serving on campus-wide committees, assessment of academic programs, and supporting Christian Science-based character education in accord with Principia's mission as outlined in Education at The Principia. The Computer Science Department values faculty members with a passion for educating, a commitment to scholarly engagement, and an ethos of service and collegiality.
