<p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Use exceptional customer service skills to view part request from customer and complete quoting, purchase, and allocation of spare parts to PWC </li><li>Collect and process customer request for quote (price/availability); reply to requests from end-user. </li><li>Receive critical part requirements from customers and submit the requirements into the Critical Part List for planning team visibility </li><li>Work with Pratt and Whitney internal teams to manage and release spare parts orders when needed </li><li>Manage allocation of parts to customer </li><li>Review of the IDOC order report for misalignment on PWA vs PWC schedules </li></ul> <p>Experience/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Proficient in SAP </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook). </li><li>Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Department: Transportation (NAM) Associate Positions: 1 Skills Required: Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Outlook,SAP,Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),Customer Service,Planning,Taking Initiative Location: East Hartford, Connecticut Desireable Skills: Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Outlook,SAP,Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),Customer Service,Planning,Taking InitiativeDesignation: AssociatePosted On: 26-Feb-2026</p>
