This role</p> <p>will take direction from the Studio Manager and work closely with the imaging and project management</p> <p>team to successfully complete client requests up through delivery. The role requires a fundamental</p> <p>understanding of image file formats and the tools used for manipulation/conversions of assets into digital</p> <p>files.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>? Point of contact for imaging information exchange with clients and internal teams.</p> <p>? Image asset migration (digitization), restoration, remediation and reformat in the digital studio</p> <p>space</p> <p>? Troubleshoot, calibrate and general maintenance/upkeep of existing equipment</p> <p>? Recommend and test new and used equipment (hardware and software) including software</p> <p>version, driver and firmware update management</p> <p>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>? Familiarity with photographic media formats including, but not limited to: negatives, positives,</p> <p>transparencies, glass plates, slides, and posters</p> <p>? Working knowledge of multiple Digital Workstations (DW) platforms (MAC/PC) including but not limited to: PhotoShop, Photo Mechanic, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker and LightRoom</p> <p>? Familiarity with rich media archive organization, inventory and tracking</p> <p>? Familiarity of restoration and the ability to identify deterioration and recommend/execute</p> <p>remediation for safe digital capture.</p> <p>? Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task and work with tight delivery deadlines</p> <p>? Exceptional capabilities tied to effective collaboration, communication, listening, negotiation, assertiveness, self-management, and accountability is expected.This position requires daily</p> <p>interaction and with individuals in a studio and business environment to deliver on goals.</p> <p>? A Bachelor Degree or Certificate from an accredited mult-media, film, photojournalism, graphics,</p> <p>archive management school or technical program is highly preferred but not required.</p> <p>?
