<p>Skill: MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead</p> <ul> <li>8-10 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. </li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM workflow, JavaScript, Plugin. </li><li>Microsoft power automate experience is most required. </li><li>Worked on Out-of-Box features like Business rules, Business Process flows and Synchronous Workflows. </li><li>Designed and customized MS Dynamics 365 forms and ribbons. </li><li>Customized MS Dynamics 365 form on Load, On Save status changes events with JavaScript and Jquery. </li><li>Created & developed MSD 365 custom web pages to plug into out-of-the-box MS CRM solution using HTML. </li><li>Created several plug-ins and workflows for enhancing the system and maintain data integrity. </li><li>Worked on HTML, CSS and XML. </li><li>Experienced in creating CRM sitemap and handled deployments using Azure Devops and Solution/Data Exports & Imports. </li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required. </li><li>Perform analysis, design and implementation of CRM components. </li><li>Perform Deployment from lower environment to higher. </li><li>Analyzing the defects and their impact, proposing workaround solutions for issues. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills.
