<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Commercial Lending Operations as part of the Transaction & Processing division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, including coordinating all aspects to ensure customer resolution </li><li>Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues; interact with internal and external customers </li><li>Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs </li><li>Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications </li><li>Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues </li><li>Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processes </li><li>Identify activities of the team to ensure conformity with established procedures </li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals </li><li>May lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff; may contribute to strategic initiatives </li><li>Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Familiar with Loan IQ system of record </li><li>Syndicated credit agreement documentation experience </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills </li><li>Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customers issues/needs, and recommending solutions </li><li>Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment </li><li>Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgement </li><li>Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills </li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to work on-site at stated location </li><li>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship </li><li>This position offers a hybrid work schedule </li></ul> <p>Posted Location:</p> <ul> <li>600 South 4th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415 </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
